This "Back To School" is effective as the picture in the back is clearly visible and sets the theme of school. The colour themes used are effective as all colours go together and stand out. Another image is featured at the bottom so the reader has an idea on what is inside. This cover is overall good as there are not too many things on the front but enough so that the reader has an idea what the article is about.
This "Back To School" magazine is effective as the main headline is very clear to the reader. Additionally the extra information on the left hand side is clear and stands out. However the picture in the back is still visible to grab the readers attention and set the theme of the magazine. The fonts used are simple yet effective which adds to the overall theme. It is clearly aimed at parents as it features more information that a kids magazine.
This "Back To School" magazine is effective as the colour of the text matches something featured in the main image, by doing this the magazine cover stands out and looks unique. The text fonts along the side vary to make it stand out whilst still keeping a simple theme. I like the use of a coloured shape on the side as it as extra detail which makes information stand out.
